Jeanette Mazerolle
1932-2016
RICHIBUCTO, NB – Jeanette Mazerolle 84, of
Richibucto passed away peacefully, surrounded by family at the Dr.
Georges-L. Dumont University Hospital Center, Moncton on Sunday,
October 30, 2016. Born in Richibucto, she was the daughter
of the late Theodore Guimond and late Leona (Doucette)
Guimond. Jeanette attended St. Louis de Gonzague Roman
Catholic Church in Richibucto and was a member of the C.W.L., Golden
Age Club and the Ladies Auxiliary Branch #30.
Jeanette will be sadly missed by her four daughters, Sharon
Robichaud (Paul) of Bells Mills, Joan Lawson (Howard) of Main River,
Brenda MacKinnon (Don) of Rothesay, Gail Mazerolle (Fernand) of
Richibucto; one son, Michael Mazerolle (Heather) of Sackville, NS;
seven grandchildren, Jarvis, Preston, Melissa, Jocelyn, Luke, Lauren,
Brianna and four great grandchildren, Denver, Ethan, Caden and
Kai.
She is also survived by two sisters, Eva Daigle (late Evee)
of Saint John, Bertha Blanchard (late John) of Gardner,
MASS; three brothers, Edgar (Edmee) of Richibucto, Tim
(Rosaline) of Richibucto, Ernest (Albertine) of St.
Charles and many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband,
Bourque Mazerolle; two sisters, Alice Daigle, Rita Leger and three
brothers, Alcide, Dolore and Frank.
Visitation will be at Thompson’s Funeral Home in
Richibucto on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 from 2-4 &
7-9 pm, Thursday at 9:00 am until departure for the funeral.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at
11:00 am, St. Louis de Gonzague Roman Catholic Church,
Richibucto. Interment will be in the Aldouane Roman Catholic
Cemetery. Donations in Jeanette`s memory may be made to
the Lung Association or the NB Heart & Stroke
Foundation. Arrangements are in care of Thompson`s
Funeral Home (523-4252).
