The Late: Mary Adeline Beaton 86, of Inverary Manor Inverness formerly of Harbour View passed away at the Manor on September 14th, 2016. Born in Little Judique Ponds she was the daughter of The Late: Dan Archie and Flora (MacDougall) MacDonald. She was a member of St. Peters Roman Catholic Church, Port Hood and The CWL.
Before moving to Halifax where she lived moved of her life she was a teacher for 13 years. She a quiet and community minded person, her family and friends were great importance to her. She loved to go bowling. She survived by sister in laws; Christine Beaton, Lillian Csordas and Peggy Beaton. She was predeceased by her husband Donnie, Brother: John Philip MacDonald and Sister: Ann MacDonald. Visitation for the Late: Mary Adeline Beaton will be held in The Port Hood and Area Resting Place from 3-9 pm on Friday, Funeral Service will be held at 11 am Saturday from St. Peters Roman Catholic Church with Father Vincent Van Zutphen officiating with Burial to follow in the Parish Cemetery. Memorial Donations may be made to the St. Peters Parish Cemetery Fund or to Parkinson’s Canada. Funeral Arrangements are under the Direction of J.F. Greene Funeral Services, 507 Bernard St. Port Hawkesbury
