1926-2016
Peacefully at the Beach Grove Home on Monday, May 16, 2016, after a
wonderful life lived in Hunter River, Prince Edward Island of Robert
George Andrews, born on January 1, 1926. Predeceased by his dear wife
Anna (nee Graham) Andrews in 2007, of 58 years. Dear father of Mary
(Frank) Bertram, Hazel Grove, P.E.I.; Harold (Beverley) Andrews,
Fredericton, N.B.; Evelyn (Tony) Howatt, Halifax, N.S.; and Leslie
(Marlene) Andrews, New Glasgow, P.E.I. Special father-in-law of Bev
(Ken) Cleaveland, Charlottetown, P.E.I. Lovingly remembered by his
eight grandchildren: Jennifer (Ryan) Kelly, Carolyn (Mark Rodd)
Bertram, Robert (Christa) Bertram, Jonathan (Chelsey) Andrews, Katie
(Brock) Tulley, Catherine Howatt, Andrew (Nicole Marenick) Howatt ,
Ellen (Nick MacDonald) Andrews and eight great-grandchildren: Payton
Anna and Cate Kelly, Alex and Madison Bertram, Avery and Ethan
Andrews, Eva and Eero Tulley. Survived by his brother, James Andrews.
Brother-in-law of Ada Campbell, Claude and Mary Graham, Vivian and
Austin Graham, Marion Graham and Shirley Andrews. Predeceased by his
parents, James H. and Belinda (Glover) Andrews, infant sister Ruby
Emily, sister and brother-in-law, Gladys (Harold) MacLean,
brothers-in-law, Millar Campbell and Benson Graham. Resting at the
Belvedere Funeral Home, visiting hours Wednesday 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.
Funeral service to be held on Thursday, May 19th, 2016 at 1:30 pm from
Hunter River Presbyterian Church. Interment will be in the Hunter
River Presbyterian Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the
Hunter River Presbyterian Church.
