Paul Alexander Innes
1952-2016
Paul Innes of Riverview passed away peacefully at his summer
cottage surrounded by his family on Wednesday, August 24, 2016. Born
in Moncton, he was the son of the late James and Ruby (Bishop)
Innes.
Paul was employed for over 40 years in the financial
industry. He was involved in many community organizations over the
years. He was a current member of Coverdale Masonic Lodge #52, Luxor
Shriners and the Antique Car Club. He also served within many
capacities at St. John the Baptist Anglican Church. Paul made the most
of life, seizing every opportunity. He took several trips to many
different places, Africa and Cuba being two of his most memorable. He
loved summer and spending time at the cottage at Heather Beach, NS. A
very kind, loving gentleman, who was a guiding light to what was
foremost in his life – his family, and he will continue to
do so while resting peacefully.
He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Paulette; sons,
Jonathan (Jeanine Furmanek) of Vancouver, BC, Andrew of Riverview and
Daniel (Katie) of Lower Coverdale; grandson, Theodore; and his
brother, Jim (Faye) of Oakville.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of
Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Rd.,
Riverview (869-2007). A service celebrating Paul’s life will
take place from St. John the Baptist Anglican Church (28 Woolridge
St., Riverview) on Sunday, August 28, 2016 at 2:00pm with The
Venerable Brent Ham officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations made to
St. John the Baptist Anglican Church or Luxor Shriners would be
greatly appreciated by the family. Online condolences may be expressed
