PARSONS, Dale (1946-2015) Surrounded by his family, carried by the love and prayers of so many, Dale left us May 27 from complications of lung cancer. He met this last challenge with his characteristic optimism and determination, while keeping everyone smiling with his quick wit and fun-loving nature. Dale was a thoughtful, generous soul with a loving heart who warmed the lives of all he knew. Dale leaves behind his beloved wife and partner in everything, Anne (née Harding), and will be forever missed by his children: Christina (Sylvain Lambert), Jennifer (David Parker) and Geoffrey (Tania Perron) and his four treasured grandchildren: David, Maartje, Noah and Isla. Predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Doris, and his brother Barry (Wanda). Dale is also mourned by his brothers Sonny (Nancy) and Gordon (Dot), his sister-in-law Liz McHugh (Terry), his brother-in-law Mike Harding (Sue) and his many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours. He will be greatly missed, but his family is comforted that he found hope and consolation through his faith in Jesus. We wish to thank the outstanding MGH Oncology & Palliative Care teams.
