Albert, Marie-Ange Eva (Léveillé) – With regret and sadness the family announces the death of Marie-Ange Albert of Haileybury at the age of 82 years. Marie-Ange passed away at Temiskaming Hospital, Monday, June 27, 2016 following a brave battle with cancer. Marie-Ange was born November 9, 1933 at Bucke Township to the late Joseph Edouard Léveillé and the late Rose Alma Huberdeau. Marie-Ange lived in Elliot Lake for most of her life and returned to Haileybury in 2013. She led a quiet life with her husband Mério and enjoyed the company of her family and friends. She will be sadly missed. Survived by her loving husband Mério Albert whom she married 50 years ago on November 5, 1966. Loving mother of Frances Caverley [Brian] of Hope, B.C., Richard [Julie] Moore of New Liskeard, Norman [Katherine] Moore of Vancouver, B.C., and Michael [Lois] Moore of Cobalt. Fondly remembered by eleven grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and her sister Emérentienne Ouellette of New Liskeard. Predeceased by her siblings: Graziella Léveillé, Marie-Flore Caron, Yvette Savoie and Ovila « Lefty » Léveillé. The Albert family will welcome friends at Eglise Ste-Croix /Holy Cross Church 341 Sutherland Way Haileybury, Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 11:00 am for a memorial mass. L’abbé/ Father Richard Ngoy officiating.Interment will follow at Haileybury Catholic Cemetery. Memorial contributions to Community Cancer Care will be gratefully acknowledged.
