SLUTE, KENNETH. (Retired and dedicated employee of the City of Oshawa). It is with profound sadness to announce the passing of Ken at Hillsdale Terraces on Saturday February 27, 2016, Ken was in his 85th year. He passed peacefully with his family by his side. Loving husband and best friend to Bernice. Devoted dad to Linda (Gregory Simmons), Stephen (Gail), Robert and Jeffery, and late infant daughter Cynthia. Caring son to the late George and Ethel and step father Ernie Beelby. Cherished Grandpa to Adam, Zachary (Robyn), Kyla (Kyle), Aaron, Chad, Melissa and the late Ethan and Ryan. Great Grandpa to Ethan. Much loved brother to Raymond (Carol) and Carl (Fiona), and step brother Orval (Betty), Clarence, Edna. Predeceased by brothers Harold, Earl, Murray, Lloyd and step brothers Ken and Murray. Ken will be sadly missed by extended family, friends and all who knew him.
