Mark Eberle

Mark Eberle 16 juin 1989 – 18 septembre 2015

In the early morning hours of Friday, September 18, 2015, Mark, our beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend, passed away after a courageous six and a half year battle with cancer. Mark was predeceased by his paternal grandmother Phyllis Eberle and maternal grandfather Jerry Schropp. Cherishing his memory are his parents Tom and Laurie; sister Ali (Deric Kuntz); grandmother Dorothy Schropp; grandfather Roy Eberle; uncle Denis (Kathy); aunt Elaine (Gord) Wappel; uncle Don (Nicole); and many cousins. Mark’s life included the love and support from great uncles Dan (Joan) Hogan, Daryl (Annelies) Hogan; great aunts Dawn Van Tassel, Dee (Bob) Merrell; and special family friends Diane Hladun, Donna Kish, Pat Myron, and Rick and Leah Hischebett. Mark was blessed with the friendship of Sean and Dacey, Julian, Kyle, Logan, Brett and Josh; always supporting him and enjoying many hours of his favourite pastimes. Mark took pleasure in playing basketball and football, and spending time with family and friends playing cards, video games, and watching his favourite TV series. Bravely and with great determination, Mark completed his degree in Engineering at the University of Regina in 2013. With respect and gratitude we acknowledge the skills and compassion of the medical supports who journeyed with Mark; Dr. Sharon Leibel, his friend and rock, as well as the teams in Vancouver, Toronto, and Allan Blair clinic in Regina. Many people impacted Mark’s life, and to each of you the family would like to say Thank You. If you wish to make a donation in memory of Mark, please consider the Kinsmen Telemiracle Foundation. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held at Regina Funeral Home, Hwy #1 East, Regina, SK on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. with reception to follow. Arrangements entrusted to Regina Funeral Home (306) 789-8850.
