It is with heartfelt sadness that the family of Raymond Jido announces his passing on February 3, 2025, at the age of 82, with loving family by his side. Loving husband of Ossanna for 62 years. Much loved father of Coco Jido, Robert Jido and wife Maria, Denise Zammatta and husband Samir and Lina. Cherished grandfather of Rita (Martin, and fur babies Blue and Millie), Michael, Christopher (Jesse), Anastacia, Christine, Joelle, Leah, Andrea (and fur baby Milo). Predeceased by his parents and siblings.
Raymond was a loving father and grandfather. He was a selfless man who would frequently support surrounding churches. He was an avid fan of the Montreal Canadiens and Manchester United. A family gathering was always the highlight of his day, and he loved his family dearly. He was the perfect example of what it meant to be a family man; his evening prayers were consistent, and they set a good example for his family to follow.
A private family service has taken place, followed by a burial.
