It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Elise Stewart McIntyre (nee Ross), of Kingston, who died peacefully at Providence Manor long term care home on February 1, 2025 at the age of 99. Jean was predeceased by her parents Harry and Elsie Ross, her beloved husband Lindsay, her beloved daughter Elise and her beloved sister Ann. She will be deeply missed by her son David (Norma), son-in-law Doug Graham and Godson Rod Nunn. She was a proud and cherished grandmother to Stephanie (Kern), Lindsay (Dan) and Ross (Holly) and loving great-grandmother to Kendal, Jayden, Clara, Stella and Blake. She will also be lovingly remembered by her sisters Margaret (Meg) and Frances (Babe) and all her relatives as well as her dear friend and neighbour Maureen Kennedy. We extend our thanks to the staff on Montreal 4 for the wonderful care they provided.
Cremation has taken place with a service of Internment planned for a later. Donations in memory of Jean can be made to a charity of your choice. Condolences may be forwarded through wartmanfuneralhomes.com
