It is with great sorrow that the family announces the sudden passing of Cori Sirkka on February 6th, 2025, beloved wife of 34 years to Don Sirkka, devoted mother to Jake (Emma) and Scott (Erin), and Oma to Charlotte. Daughter of Agnes (predeceased) and Tony Van Loon, sister and best friend to Celia (Dan Teale) and Cheryl (Rob Puro). A very special aunt to Trisha, Lisa, Toni, Nora, Calvin, Olivia, Carla, Kaarina, Karissa and Quinn. She will be sadly missed by her parents in law Judi (predeceased) and Don Sirkka Sr., and her brothers in law Stuart (Laurie), Nancy Sirkka, and Doug (Cara). She will be especially missed at Lake Panache where she loved to spend her days. Cori lives on through her unending love for her family and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd, 2025 at 51 Mission Hill from 2:00-7:00pm. Arrangements entrusted to the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home.
