Bruce Edward Ament of Listowel passed away at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Friday, January 31, 2025, in his 91st year.
Husband of the late Allison Ament.
Father of Joe & Val Ament of Listowel, and Patti-Jo & Bill O’Leary of Huntsville.
Grandfather of Amanda Ament (Henderson) of Palmerston, Alicia Ament & her friend Tim of Brussels, Garret O’Leary & Katie Weber of Revelstoke, B.C., and Kaleigh & Carlos Ortega of London.
Great-grandfather of Hudson, Hunter, Emmet, Ava, Casey, Renato, Mateo, Valentina, Leandro, and Tiago.
Brother of Eileen Janelle of Kitchener, and brother-in-law of Margaret & Jim Renwick of Clifford.
Predeceased by his parents Edward & Ruby (Masters) Ament, and his sister Audrey Orth.
Visitation will be held at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Wallace Twp. on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Interment in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church Cemetery, Wallace Twp.
Memorial donations to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church or Listowel Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated, and may be made through the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel.
