Roy, Anita Marie – passed away at Hospice Renfrew on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at the age of 86 years.
Anita Roy (nee Lamarche) of Lapasse, beloved wife of Emery Roy. Loving mother of Lise Romero, Marie Roy & Emery Roy (late Jody); and dear grandmother of Keith McLeod; and Mitchell, Travis & Jasmine Roy. Predeceased by her parents William & Virginia Lamarche (nee Marchand); brother Laurier Lamarche (late Lillian); and sisters Theresa Marino (late Lawrence), Rita Lachance (late Armedose), Yvonne Dupuis (late Albert), Patricia Leblanc (late Larry), Georgette Kelly and Marie Rochon (late Elie). Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Respecting Anita’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Neville Funeral Home, Pembroke. (As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.)
