Bill died peacefully on December 20, 2023, Victoria, BC. He was 72.
Cherished husband of Judith (Jay) Nefsky, devoted father and father-in-law of Robyn Stroll and Chris Hermann, and Gwen. Beloved Zaide of Leo Hermann-Stroll.
He was an amazing brother and brother-in-law of Gloria Schwartz, enjoyed an incredible bond with his twin Steven and Susana Stroll and the late Roslyn Stroll (Gineys) and the Nefsky-Laskin family.
Bill was born in Montreal to the late Robert Stroll and the late Belle Rosenfeld.
He will be dearly missed by Esther Stroll, many cousins, nieces and nephews, friends, former co-workers and volunteers in the various organizations he contributed to.
Sincere and heartfelt thanks to the wonderful people of BC Cancer Agency, the Royal Jubilee Hospital and the Victoria Hospice.
A graveside service will take place at the Congregation Emanu-El cemetery in Victoria, on December 22 at 11:00 a.m.
