CRUMMEY, Wayne – Passed suddenly away at Carbonear General Hospital on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, Wayne ‘Crum’ Crummey of Western Bay, age 64 years.
Predeceased by father: Stanley Crummey; brother: Boivan; brother-in-law: Ray Peddle; sister-in-law: Christine Crummey; stepfather: George Snook.
Leaving to mourn, loving wife of 38 years, Carol; daughter: Tiffany (Matthew) Green, Carbonear; son: Terry, St. Stephen, NB; 2 grandchildren, his pride and joy: Claire and William; mother: Mary; 3 brothers: Doug (Crystal), Harbour Grace, Bob (Kim), Carbonear, John (Bonnie), Western Bay; 2 sisters: Janice Peddle, Harbour Grace, and Paula (Sam) White, Carbonear; parents-in-law: Wendell and Ethel Reid, Western Bay; brothers-in-law: Wayne (Marilyn) Reid, Mount Pearl, Gary (Alice) Reid, Western Bay; sister-in-law: Debbie (Jeff) Jacobs, Ochre Pit Cove; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation at Noel’s Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay, Friday, April 21 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Saturday, April 22 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.
Funeral service to take place on Saturday, April 22, at 2:00 p.m. from Noel’s Memorial Chapel, Western Bay.
In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to Ronald McDonald House, P. O. Box 28091, St. John’s, NL A1B 1X0.
