Parry, Wayne Edward (August 18, 1943 – September 10, 2024)
On Tuesday, September 10th, 2024, Wayne Edward Parry, a lifelong resident of Langton, in his 80th year. Cherished husband of the late Margaret Anne (Tyrrell) Parry (2005). Much loved father of Robb Wayne Parry (Maria LeBreton). Loving grandfather of Kristie (Brandon), Mitchell and Lindsay. Always a proud great-grandfather of Rylee, Quinn and Lincoln. Wayne will be greatly missed by his extended family Kathy and Dave D’Onofrio and their children Breanne and Thomas (Gary).
Wayne was born in Langton and was a proud member of both the Langton Ambulance and Langton Fire Department for many years. Wayne was a dedicated employee of Livingstons Industries for twenty plus years and at the Rieter/Autoneum, Tillsonburg for twenty plus years.
In keeping with Wayne’s expressed wishes, cremation has taken place. A private graveside service to celebrate Wayne’s life and memory will be held on Friday, September 20th, 2024, in Tillsonburg Cemetery, led by Rev. Allan Wilson. Everyone who knew Wayne is invited to share letters of condolence, favourite memories, send flowers, or contribute memorial donations to the “Heart and Stroke FDN of Ontario” or to the “Canadian Cancer Society” via Wayne’s online tribute page at www.verhoevefuneralhomes.com or by contacting the Maurice J.
