Mr. Victor P. Smith of Bishops Cove passed peacefully away at the Pte. Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavilion, Carbonear on Tuesday, October 3, 2023. Mr. Smith was 89 years old.
He leaves to mourn his loving family:
Children: Joan (Israel) & Derek (Lisa)
Grandchildren: Kimberley (Stephen), Karen (Jimmy), Kevin (Robin), Stephen, Patrick, Jeremy (Kimberly), Jordan (Adrianna) & Joshua
Step Grandson: Adam (Sarah)
Great Grandchildren: Joanne, Johnathon Victoria, John, Liam, Octavia & Drew
Step Great Grandchildren: Annie Mae & William
Sisters-in-law: Bertha (Raymond), Margaret (Johnny Angel), & Margaret Adams
Brother-in-law: Billy Dobbin
And a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends…

To abide by Mr. Smith’s request, there will be no visitation. All are welcome to attend the cemetery committal for both Marina & Victor Smith on Friday, October 6, 2023 at 11:30 A.M. at St. John the Evangelist Anglican Cemetery, Bishops Cove.
As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his loving memory to St. Peter’s Anglican Church Restoration Fund or to the St. John the Evangelist Chapel Fund, Upper Island Cove.
