Theresa Ann Hay, a vibrant and compassionate soul of 68 years, passed away peacefully in the comforting presence of her loved one on July 13, 2023 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
Born and raised in Fredericton, Theresa was the very embodiment of New Brunswick’s warm-hearted spirit. Her infectious sm8ile and endearing kindness served as a beacon to those around her, attracting friends from all walks of life and providing comfort to those in need.
Theresa’s strength and courage, reflected in her battle with illness, served as a testament to her resilience, teaching those around her the power of hope and the enduring nature of the human spirit. Even in her final days, she was a source of joy and inspiration to all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Theresa had an unending love for her family and friends. She is survived by her brothers, Randy and Marty, her sisters, Debbie and Carol, her three kids, Michael, Gordon, and Christina.
Her grandchildren, and a wide circle of treasured friends, all of whom will continue to carry her memory in their hearts.
True to her nature, Theresa chose to be cremated with no funeral service, wanting those she left behind to remember her in moments of joy and laughter rather than in sorrow
The world is a little less bright without Theresa’s radiant spirit, but her legacy of love, kindness, and joy continues to shine, illuminating the lives of those she touched.
