It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Teresa (Nina).
Predeceased by her beloved husband Antonio and brothers Arturo, Angelo, Giuseppe, and sister Nora. Survived by her sister Maria. Survived by her loving children, Alessandro, Flavia, Giuliana (Zdzislaw), and Paolo (Stephanie), grandchildren Jaeson, Nadia, Andrew (Cali), Antonia (Andrew), David (Meghan), Tomas, Nicholas, and Ben. Great-grandchildren, Jackson, Mason, Maddie, and Scarlett.
Nina was a devoted mother to her family and lived by a hard work ethic that she applied to her family, work, and her faith community. Nina worked for over 30 years, for several companies, as a labeler, retiring from Colgate/Palmolive. Nina loved her church community, particularly with the M&M ladies’ group at St. Helen’s. Nina was a great seamstress, cook, and gardener.
Visitation at Kearney Burnaby Chapel, 4715 Hastings Street, Burnaby, on January 4th, 2024, between 3:30-5:00pm.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St Helen’s Parish, January 5th at 11:00am, you may view Teresa’s Funeral Mass online at www.legacystreaming.com/kearney
