Stephen Charles Grimwade of Prince William, NB, husband of Dawna M.
(Dunham) Grimwade passed away September 28, 2024 at the Dr. Everett
Chalmers Hospital. Steve was born in Toronto, Ontario in 1954, a son
of the late Charles and Kathleen (Mills) Grimwade.
Steve was a sheet metal worker by trade splitting his work life
between Ontario and home. He was an avid member of Sure Life Assembly
and never turned down the opportunity to play his drums both at church
and numerous community events.
In addition to his wife Dawna, Steve is survived by two daughters,
Kimberly McGenerty (Randie), London, Ontario and Paige Grimwade
(Eric), Fredericton, NB; grandsons, Conner MacDonald and Jack White;
his siblings, Edward Grimwade and Cathrine Soundy, both of Toronto,
Ontario; a sisters-in-law, Bonnie Swan and Sandra Dunham; a
brother-in-law, Lawrence Dunham (Connie) and several nieces, nephews
and cousins.
In addition to his parents Steve was predeceased by a son, Jordan
York; a brother, Timothy Grimwade; a step-daughter, Sasha Dunham;
brothers-in-law, Colin Soundy and Glen Dunham and his parents-in-law,
Bertha and Lawrence Dunham.
A private funeral service service will be held at a later date.
For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Steve, the family
has suggested Sure Life Assembly.
