Passed away peacefully at the age of 48 years old. Beloved wife of John (2014). Loving mother of Amanda, Alessandra “Ali” and Alexia. Cherished daughter of the late Antonio & Lina Marciano. Daughter-in-law of Pat and the late Margaret DeNapoli. Sister-in-law of Carol & Dave McKenzie and Mike & Carly DeNapoli. Special Aunt of Kate & Emma McKenzie and Daniela DeNapoli. Survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends. Will be dearly missed by her Support Team including Darren & Rachela Beadow, Romeo & Janis DeMarco, Dino & Marina Quattrocicocchi and Rose Finazzo.
Sonia worked as a teacher and was a proud member of the Windsor Es Catholic District School Board for over 20 years. Sonia was a member of the Ciociaro Club and was an active parishioner of Corpus Christi Catholic Church, where she displayed a deep affection for her faith. It was this faith and the power of prayer that guided her on her journey and throughout her life. Sonia had a love for travelling especially travelling the world with her daughters.

Visitation Wednesday December 13, 2023 from 7-9pm and Thursday December 14, 2023 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm with parish prayers Thursday at 4:30pm at Families First, 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841. On Friday, December 15, family and friends are invited to meet at Corpus Christi Church (1400 Cabana Rd W) for Mass of Christian burial at 10:30am. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
