SACCO, Shirley – passed away peacefully at Meadows of Dorchester, on Monday, March 18, 2024 at 82 years of age. She is survived by her nephews Bill Wilkes (Tammy), Larry Wilkes (Judy), Ron Wilkes (Kevin), Randy Wilkes, Rocky Morbito and niece Vicki Kertesz. Shirley was predeceased by her husband Jim Sacco, sister Margaret Angyal and brothers John “Denny” and George. Shirley had worked for many years as the head housekeeper at Hampton Inn, Niagara Falls. The family will receive their friends at the H. L. Cudney Funeral Home, 241 West Main St. Welland on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. followed by a service in the chapel to celebrate her life at 11a.m. Interment will take place in Woodlawn Cemetery.
