Heaven got an angel and earth lost one on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at Fairmount Home, Glenburnie. Beloved wife of Leonard who passed away on April 13, 2024. Loving mother of Shirley-Ann Goodsell, late Larry, Arnold «Dale» Goodsell (Norma), Diane Raftus (Andrew), and Brenda (Sean) Davidson. She will live on in the hearts of her grandchildren Jeffrey, Mary-Anne, late Jennifer, Andy, Larry (Rhonda), Dale, Isaiah, Lynn (Chad), late David, Michael, Sean, and Mark (Lindsay). She will be missed by her 12 great grandchildren and her 1 great great grandchild. Sister of late Edith (late Don), late Raymond (Myrna), late Betty (Cedric), Mary (John), and Norman. Predeceased by her parents Ernest and Elsie Bronson. Fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and extended family. A special thank you for the wonderful care our mother received during her time at the Fairmount Home, It truly was her home. Shirley was a loving and kind soul who was the foundation of her family. She loved everyone and would never have an unkind word, Shirley will be dearly missed by her family.
Visitation will take place from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at the Wartman Funeral Home – Kingston. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held in memory of Shirley at 2:00 pm followed by a reception in the funeral home reception centre.
