Peacefully at the Whisperwood Villa, Charlottetown, on Friday, August 11, 2023, Sherron Margaret Foulkes (nee Peters) passed away surrounded by love and with family by her side. Born on July 15, 1946, she was aged 77 years of St. Charles, PE. She was a most loving wife of 55 years to her caring and faithful husband Warren and will forever remain in the hearts of their children Darin, and Juanita Brown (Scott). Sherron will be deeply missed by her grandchildren Etienne, Arielle, Jordan, Adam and great grandchildren Luke and Ethan.
In addition, she is survived by her siblings Imelda Cunliffe-Keech, and Gerald Peters (Linda) along with numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and cousins whom she dearly loved. Predeceased by her parents Alphonsus and Monica (nee Doiron) Peters and sister Gloria Richard.
Sherron loved strolling the shore searching for treasures, bird watching, picking berries and star gazing with those she loved.
Resting at Dingwell Funeral Home where visiting hours will take place on Thursday, August 17, 2023, from 5-8pm. A funeral Mass will be held at the St. Charles Roman Catholic Church, St. Charles, on Friday, August 18, 2023, at 11am with interment to follow in the church cemetery. If so desired, donations in memory of Sherron can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of PEI or the St. Charles Cemetery Fund.
