Passed peacefully away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre on September 16, 2024 Selina (Lena) Moulton of Epworth at the age of 99 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her sons, Gerald (Mabel) Moulton of Epworth, Calvin (Pat) Moulton of Kamloops, BC; sons-in-law, Ted Jones of Grandfalls and Richard Lightfuss of ON; sisters, Joyce Jack, Barbara Beazley and Dorothy (Don) Parks of Salmon Arm, BC; brother, Jim Beazley (Maxine) of Big Salmonier; as well as her many grandchildren, great and great,great grandchildren. Also her circle of family and friends including her friends and the workers at the Marystown Retirement Home where she resided and called home for many years.
Lena was predeceased by her husband, George; daughters, Brenda and Joyce; parents, Rebecca & Oliver Beazley; sisters, Jeanette, Emma, Verna, Ruby, Theda and brother, Joe.
The Moulton family would like to extend special thanks to workers David Moulton and Diane Coady from the home for their compassion and care and also to the staff at the BPHCC for the kindness shown to Lena and her family during her week long stay there.
The Moulton Family will be accepting visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Home in Burin on:
Thursday, September 19, 2024 from
2:00pm to 9:00pm
A funeral service will take place at Wiseman’s Funeral Homes, Burin on:
Friday, September 20, 2024 at 10:00am.
Interment to follow at Epworth United Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, in Lena’s memory, donations may be made to the Epworth United Church Cemetery Fund.
