SANDRA ELIZABETH WILSON
January 25, 1975 – March 29, 2024
Sandra Elizabeth Wilson, aged 49, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2024, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on January 25, 1975, Sandra was a beacon of joy and kindness to all who knew her. She is survived by her loving husband, Ron Vandenameele and their cherished daughter, Piper, who were the center of her world.
Sandra was the beloved daughter of Sharon Wilson and was predeceased by her father, Stuart Wilson. She was a wonderful sister to Carolyn Knights (Terry), Marian Wilson-Chapman (Greg), and Leanne Clarke (Travis). Sandra was a wonderful aunt to her nieces and nephews Derek, Emily, Rachel, Danyka, Donnie, Delliah, Lelin, and great-niece Layla and great nephews Chayce, Keegan, Lochlan and Nolan. Her bond with her sister-in-law Ingrid (Adam) Mitchell and their children, Erik and Emily was equally special. Sandra was a dear sister-in-law to Sharon (Bob) Butler and their daughter Jessica.
Sandra had the remarkable ability to connect with people, bring light and laughter into every room she entered. Her legacy would be one of love, laughter and selflessness. Her spirit will continue in those fortunate enough to know her. Her memory will be kept alive in the stories we tell which can be shared at www.ostrandersfuneralhome.com.
A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg, ON N4G 3T6. (519)-842-5221. The funeral service for Sandra will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at 11:00 am at Ostrander’s Funeral Home. Cremation will follow.
Donations in memory of Sandra may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society and VON Oxford (Sakura House) or Breast Cancer Research and can be completed directly with the Charity or via cheque payable to the Charity and mailed to Ostrander’s Funeral Home.
