It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Ronald Hugh Berwick “Ron” of Wallacetown, formerly of Vienna on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 after a lengthy battle with illness. Ron passed peacefully at his residence with his loving family by his side. Devoted father and grandfather to his son Ryan Berwick and Ryan’s children Dominick and Hailey; his daughter Becky Berwick and her fiancé Darren and their children Autumn, Ella, Olivia, Maggie and Bobby. Loving brother to Wendy Rutter, Judy (Jim) Hutchings and Jo-Ann Sherman. Loving uncle to several nieces and nephews. A special thank-you to Lisa Berwick for all of her love and support. Predeceased by his parents Hugh and Geraldine, sisters Carol Cameron and Carleen Norman. Ron will be remembered for his love of woodworking, fishing, camping and his true enjoyment of spending time with his family.
The family will receive friends and family on Saturday, February 10, 2024 from 11:00am until 1:00pm and the Funeral Service will commence at 1:00pm at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg, ON N4G 3T6 (519) 842-5221. Interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, Lynedoch following the service. Memorial donations will be made to the Canadian Liver Foundation and may be done directly with the Charity or by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home.
