It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Robert “Gerry” Gerald Dobbyn at Cornwall Community Hospital, on March 26th, 2024 at the age of 89. Beloved husband of the late Beverley Joyce Dobbyn (née Isbister). Loving father of Carolyn Dobbyn of Toronto, Jennifer Dobbyn of Cornwall, and Linda White of Comox, BC. Treasured grandfather of Tyler, Samuel, Riley, Sawyer, Noah and Owen. Dear brother of Jon Murray Dobbyn (Marilyn) of Wiarton. He is predeceased by his parents Robert and Marion Dobbyn (née Card). In respect of Gerry’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Wilson Funeral Home (613) 938-3888, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall, Ontario, K6J 3S2. In lieu of flowers, donation in Gerry’s memory can be left at CMHA Foundation.
