January 19, 1941 – July 17, 2024
We are sad to announce the passing of Robert (Bob) Bluhm of Jarvis, Ontario on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at the West Haldimand General Hospital, at the age of 83 years. He will be forever missed by Lillian (nee James), his wife and best friend of 63 years. Much loved Dad of Art (Monika), Len (Sheri) and Rob. Proud Grandpa of Jason (Angela), Ken (Samantha), Jessica, Taylor (Owen), Owen and Lucas (Ashley). Cherished Great Grandpa of Olivia, Daxon, Carter, Selena, Seanna, Jillian, Tessa and Lincoln. Bob will be dearly missed by his siblings, Gerry (Rebecca) Bluhm, Diane (Ed) McGowan and Susan Currie. Predeceased by siblings Doug (Shirley), Ted (Bev), Annona (Annona (Carman, Mary-Ann, Patsy (Kevin) and Michael. Bob will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, dear friends and his best 4 legged buddy Rooney. The family wish to extend their many thanks to the staff at West Haldimand General Hospital in Hagersville, especially to the very caring nurses and physiotherapists, for their exceptional care and compassion given to Bob during his lengthy stay. In honouring Bob’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In Memory of Bob, donations to a favorite charity would be appreciated by the family. (Arrangements have been entrusted to COOPER FUNERAL HOME, Jarvis (519-587-4414). Friends are invited to send condolences and sign the Book of Memories at www.cooperfuneralhome.ca.
