After a long and painful struggle, Robert (Bob) has fallen asleep in the Lord. His firm belief in the promises made to us and the hope of the resurrection are what sustained him throughout his life. He was in his 88th year when he fell asleep at the Innisfree Hospice Home. He received very loving care from all the staff plus caring for me too.
Robert was Chief Financial Officer at the CMHospital for over 30 years. He was very devoted to doing a good job for them and put in many hours of work for them. He retired at 61 but then helped out the Fundraising Committee, helping them with their finances and setting up of the first Tim Horton’s shop.
He has left behind his wife Kathleen Green after 62 years, of marriage.
Left behind also are a daughter Sara (Wayne), grandchildren Matthew (Vanessa), Keegan (Jenna), Rebecca (Corey); great Grandchildren Lena and Quinn.
His son Matthew (Janine), grandchildren Dustin, Autumn, Kyler.
His son Kenneth (Beth).
His son Robert Paul (Penny), grandchild Alyssa (Brandon).
He is survived by his sister Margaret Williams; and many nieces, nephews, uncles scattered around the U.S.A. & England.
Robert was predeceased by son Nathan, brother David, and sister Ada Joy.
