MOELKER, Peter – Of Wooler, Ontario, passed away peacefully, at Trenton Memorial Hospital, on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of Gertrude Moelker (nee Wiersma), for 69 years. Loving father of Corina Bates (Bryson) of Foxboro, Ann Wiley (Ron), Leonard (Karen), Wilma Stewart (Kim), John (Connie); all of Wooler. Predeceased by the late Gerben. Loving grandfather to Trudie, Jennifer, Cathy, Brian, Heather, Wayne, Rebecca, Rachel, and the late Peter. Lovingly remembered by his many great-grandchildren. Loved son of the late Leendert, and the late Cornelia Moelker. Survived by his brother, Adrian. Predeceased by his siblings, Mark, Mientje, and Mina. Resting at Rushnell Funeral Homes – Trenton, 60 Division Street. Visitation will be held from Community Christian Reformed Church, 149 King Drive, Frankford, on Monday, January 9, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., and 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the Church on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. Pastor Josh Tuininga officiating. Spring Interment, McPhail Cemetery. If desired, Memorial Donations to Trenton Christian School, or Quinte Christian High School, would be appreciated by the family.
