Temblay, Paul (1954 – 2024)
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Paul Tremblay, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, on November 9th, 2024, at the age of 70.
Paul was born on June 8, 1954, and was predeceased by his parents, Claude Tremblay and Patricia Cochrane. He was the loving husband of Elisabeth Demers for 37 years. Together, they shared a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.
He was a devoted father to his children, Justin (Marnelle), Patrick (Danielle), and Michelle St-Onge (Eric). Above all, Paul found immense joy in being a grandfather to his five cherished grandchildren, Noah, Peyton, Elijah, Sofia, and Kyrie. He especially loved watching them play hockey, baseball and practice tae kwon do, always eager to cheer them on and share in their victories. Dear brother of Thomas (Terry) and Michael.
Paul had a passion for cars, a love that he nurtured throughout his life and it was a joy for him to share this enthusiasm with those around him. His family was his greatest pride, and he took great joy in watching his children and grandchildren grow.
Paul is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and extended family and friends, all of whom will miss him dearly. He is preceded in death by his parents and leaves a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing him. Paul’s presence in the lives of his family, friends, and all who knew him will never be forgotten. He leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and devotion that will continue to inspire. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Funeral arrangements in care of the Theoret-Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
Paul will be deeply missed, but his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
