Paul Joseph Lundy was called by God peacefully on December 25, 2023 at the age of 88. He will be forever missed by his loving wife Carole. Cherished by his dear children Michelle (John), Robert (Autumn) and Christine. Proud grandfather to Sean, Evan and Michael. Paul will always be remembered by his siblings Vaughan (Loretta) and Terry (Late-Vivian); brothers and sisters in-law, nieces and nephews. He will be held dearly in the hearts of all his relatives, and many friends.
Paul was born, raised and spent most of his life in Toronto before moving to Richmond Hill after retirement. Paul had a very rewarding career teaching at William Lyon MacKenzie Collegiate where he developed and maintained lifelong friendships. He was happiest in the company of family and friends; socializing with his hockey buddies, travelling, watching sports and keeping active skiing and partaking in adventurous walks. Paul made a great life for his family and created cherished memories which will last forever.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Berger and his exceptional Palliative Care Team at Mackenzie Health and Hill House for their compassion and care during Paul’s last days.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Paul may be made to the Hill House Hospice or the Canadian Cancer Society.
