At the Cornwall Community Hospital on Friday, February 2, 2024. Pamela Susie Durdey of Long Sault; age 93 years. Loving mother of the late Malcolm (Lise), David (Marikka) of Kirkland, QC, Moira (Bruce) of Bainsville, ON and Phyl (Carolyn) of Caledon East, ON. Cherished grandmother of Natasha (deceased) Mathieu (Vero), Maxim, Michael, Katherine, Christopher, Alyssa, Sabrina (Kevin), Bradley (Lindsay), Stephanie, Johnathan, Brian and Tyler. Dear great-grandmother to Hudson, Madison, Jules, Ben, Nicolas, Sophia and Daniella. Pamela will also be missed by her dear sister Maria. Predeceased by her parents Ernest and Winifred Palmer and her siblings Donald, Brian, Gerald, Ernest, Grace, Josephine and Moira. The family would like to express sincere thanks to the entire teams at Sunset Cove in Long Sault and the Cornwall Community Hospital for their first class care of our dear mother. In keeping with Pamela’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation. A celebration of Pamela’s life will take place on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at the Community Centre at Creg Quay Estates (Sam MacLeod Rd in Bainsville, ON, K0C 1E0) at 2:00pm.
