Peacefully,
following a heroic battle with cancer, at the Kings County Memorial
Hospital, surrounded by her family, Noreen Margaret
MacPherson, of Launching, PE, passed away at the age of 86. Noreen was
the beloved wife of the late George «Dordie» MacPherson. She
was born in Launching on September 27,1938, daughter of the late
Joseph and Marguerite (MacDonald) Gardiner. She leaves behind her
loving children, Gailyne MacPherson, Colleen MacDonald, George (Roger
Sigouin) MacPherson, Anthony «Tony» (Bruno Berube)
MacPherson, Bernie (Cathy Ann) MacDonald, Arnold (Darlene Coughlin)
Moore; cherished grandchildren, Brett (Dometria MacIsaac) MacLean,
Morgan MacLean, Cassie (Corey Mullett) MacLean, Jesse MacDonald;
adored great grandchildren, Meredith MacLean, Anna Mullett, Aliyah
MacDonald; and her siblings, Geraldine (Johnnie) Cameron, Phyllis
(Fred) Theriault, Donna (Carl) MacDonald, Carol (Larry) Companion,
Darlene Gardiner; sisters-in-law, Betty Gardiner, Joanne Gardiner and
many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and beloved husband,
Noreen was predeceased by son-in-law Michael MacDonald,
granddaughter-in-law Lisa MacLean, siblings, Anna Mae (Tom) Baxter,
Yvonne (Cy) Bassman, Clifton Gardiner, Norma Jean (Lou) Leicher,
Robert «Bobby» (Dianne) Gardiner, Keith Gardiner and Marian
Gardiner.

Funeral Home with visiting hours on Sunday, Dec 15th from 3 to 6 pm.
Funeral Mass to be held on Monday, Dec 16, 2024 at 11 am in St.
George’s Catholic Church, St. George’s, with
interment to follow in the Parish Cemetery. Memorial donations to St.
George’s Catholic Cemetery or Camp Gencheff would be greatly
appreciated.
