PHILLIP STANLEY NAILOR

Phillip Stanley Nailor passed away on September 8th, 2024, at Lakeridge Health
Hospital in Ajax, at the age of 64.
Phillip was the youngest of six brothers: John, Michael, Mark, Steven, and Lance. He
will be forever missed by his friends, family, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Phillip had many layers to his big personality. He was deeply entertaining, with a sense
of humor that could light up any room. His kindness stood out to everyone who knew
him, and each year, he made it a point to call every friend and family member on their
birthday a thoughtful gesture that showed just how much he cared. Though Phillip
didn’t pursue large career ambitions, he found great happiness in life’s simpler
pleasures. As a young man, he was a successful amateur boxer, a pursuit that shaped
his strength, perseverance, and confidence. Later in life, Phillip discovered new joys,
such as karaoke. He never missed a chance to sing, and his passion for it, coupled with
his lively personality, made him the center of attention whenever he took the stage.
Though Phillip faced challenges throughout his life, he never allowed them to diminish
the love he had for his family. He lived a life filled with laughter, cherished memories,
and the kind of love that endures. Phillip was a father to Justin, Bridget, Joyce, and
Deanna. While his relationships with his children were distant, he often thought of them
and carried them in his heart.
He is preceded in death by his father, John Charles Nailor; his mother, Hilda Nailor; and
his brother, Mark Nailor. His passing as the youngest brother is a profound loss to the
family. Phillip will be dearly missed, but his spirit, his laughter, and his love will forever
remain in the hearts of those who knew him.
Visitation Details: A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2024 from 2:00pm til 4:00pm.
