It is with great sadness that the family of Michelle announce her passing on December 22, 2023 at the age of 63.
She is survived by her husband Steve of 36 years.
Dearly missed by her children Andrew (Amy Chamberlain), Matthew (Jocelyn Bedard), Meghan, Michael, and sweet fur child Ralphie.
Loving Sister to Robert (Janet) Sullivan and the late Michael Sullivan.
Cherished daughter to Marion (Harold) Hoffman and the late Patrick Sullivan.
Very dearly loved by her many in laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Michelle was born to be a care giver. She was passionate about child care and always had a way to make every child feel special. She loved every child she cared for (Almost as much as her own). She was so proud of everything her children have done, they were the most important thing in her life.
Special thanks to Windsor EMS, the doctors and nurses, therapists and all others who have helped out with their tremendous support and compassionate care over the last few years.

On December 28th visitation from 3 – 5 pm and 7 – 9 pm at Families First, 3260 Dougall Ave., South Windsor, 519-969-5841. On Friday December 29th Visitation will continue from 9:30am until a celebration of life at 10am. Cremation to follow
