It with heavy heart the family of Mary Margaret Rose (Young) Williams announces her passing. She passed feeling loved surround by her family.
Early that afternoon, the clouds lifted and the northern lights ushered her to heaven. Mary, One of 8 Children was born on Aug 7, 1937. To the late Calvin & Edna Young in Shelburne N.S
Predeceased by her Husband, Douglas Williams, siblings, Annie, Jean, Mary’s Twin Bill, Twins; Calvin & Alvin, and Dougie and Granddaughter Gloria.
Survived by her Sister Dorthy (Curt) and her loving children, Bonnie (Doug), Linda (Bert), Mary better known as Sis, Guerd also known as Leon, Billy(Marie).
Many beloved grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. As well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She will be remembered for all the love she gave and shared with her friends and family. She truly loved each of them and if you knew her, you knew it.
Mary carried herself with dignity, strength, and full of love for all and those who went before her. She will be missed dearly.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Huskilson’s Funeral Home, Shelburne. Memorial service will be held at Harbour Light Pentecostal Church, East Green Harbour, Sunday May 5th at 2:30pm. Pastor Ron Coole officiating. There will be a visitation held on Saturday May 4th, from 7-9 at Huskilson Funeral Home, Shelburne. A reception and refreshments will follow the service at the Lockeport Fire Hall. Donations in her memory may be made to a charity of choice.
