Mary Agnes Antle (Dyer)
Passed away peacefully at Mathews House Hospice on May 19, 2023 at the age of 67 years old. Mary was born in St. John’s, Newfoundland on July 31, 1955. Predeceased by her husband Jerome. Beloved Mother of Tara (Dave) & James. Cherished Grandmother to Lucas, Madison & Quinn. Dearest sister to Debra (Cyril) & Marlene (Lawrence). Loved Aunt and incredible friend.
Mary was the baker of the family; everyone looked forward to her homemade treats and delicious home cooked meals- all made with love. She was kind, thoughtful and generous to her family & friends. Mary was the long-term owner of Nan’s Diner in Alliston and became a smiling face in the community; that many looked forward to seeing on a daily basis. She will be deeply missed and cherished. The family would like to thank all the staff at Mathews House for making Mary’s last days as comfortable as they could be; the level of care & concern will be treasured.
A Celebration of Life will be held on June 11, 2023 from 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. at The Royal Canadian Legion Branch #171, 111 Dufferin St. S., Alliston. In lieu of flowers; please send donations to Mathews House Hospice, 131 Wellington St. E., Alliston, L9R 1G7. Arrangements entrusted to Drury Funeral Centre, Alliston. 705-435-3535
