Mary Ann Spiotta, 86, of Batavia passed away on March 19, 2024 at the United Memorial Medical Center. She was born on May 18, 1937 in Reynoldsville, PA to the late Joseph and Leona (Maxim) Nogrosky. In addition to her parents, Mary Ann is predeceased by her husband; Vincent Spiotta.
Mary Ann was a long time Parishioner at St. Mary’s Church. She loved going out for breakfast with her friends after Mass, was an avid bingo player and enjoyed reading. She always looked forward to spending time with family during the holidays, especially Christmas time.
She is survived by her children; Samuel (Yvonne) Monachino of Batavia, Vickie Klein of Batavia and Scot Monachino of Batavia; brother Donald (Marilyn) Nogrosky of FL.; 2 granddaughters Erin Klein and Maggie Grace Monachino, along with many nieces, nephews and extended family.
There will be no prior calling hours. A 9:30AM Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday March 25, 2024 at Resurrection Parish 303 E. Main St. Batavia, NY 14020. She will be laid to rest in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
