Suddenly passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 in her 49th year. Loving wife of Mark Maidment of Hagersville. Proud mother of Felicia (Aaron), Vanessa, Halle, Mark Jr. (Kristi) and Sarah-Jane. Grammy of Kaden. Dear daughter of Graham and Lynn Cowan, sister of Sean Cowan and sister-in-law of Ken Maidment (the late Barb). Marta loved her work at Roulston’s and was a dedicated employee for 20 years. She loved her family, cheering her kids and grandson on in all their activities, as well as camping and travelling. She was a devoted cat mom to Jack and Rose. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Hagersville Legion, 5 Alma Street North, Hagersville on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 from 11 am to 3 pm. A short service will begin at 11:30 followed by a reception. If desired, donations to Simcoe and District Humane Society would be appreciated by the family. Funeral arrangements entrusted to COOPER FUNERAL HOME, Jarvis (519-587-4414). Friends are invited to send condolences and sign the Book of Memories at www.cooperfuneralhome.ca
