Stoffyn, Marilyn – of Pain Court, passed away peacefully on February 26, 2024 at the age of 81.
Reunited with loving life partner and husband Frans.
Beloved Mother of MaryAnna (Bob), Corrie (Garth Ferris, 2020), Jennifer (Bill) Vandenborn, John A. (2020), and Philip (Julie).
Proud Grammy of Jordan, Nicholas, Hannah, Melissa (1991-2018), Elizabeth, Allison, Sarah, Kaitlyn, Megan and Jacob.
Great-Grammy of Grayson, Hayden, Sophia, Ava and Isabelle.
Sister of Sydney, Charles, Leslie and Anna.
Sister-in-law of Jack (Diane) and John (Paula).
Predeceased also by her parents Lorne and Hazel (Nee Ogilvee) McDougall.
Marilyn lived her life for her kids, grand kids and husband. She loved to bake and go camping with her family. Marilyn was a kind and caring individual and would help you in any way she could. She had a dry and sarcastic sense of humor that always made people laugh.
Cremation has taken place. A private family gathering will be held.
Donations made in memory of Marilyn to the Adoption Council of Ontario or the Canadian Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
