STEWART, Marilyn – Peacefully at Victoria Hospital on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, Marilyn Elizabeth Stewart, nee Bonnar, of London age 92.
Beloved wife of the late Melvin Francis Stewart (2011). Loving mother of Mary Lynne Stewart St. John (Neil) and the late Mark William Stewart (2018). Lovingly remembered by daughter-in-law Kristi June and grandchildren Brendan Charles Stewart, Stewart Andrew (Andy) and Emma Grace St. John. Dear sister of Barbara (the late Ivor Armstrong), the late Beverley (Lennart Petersson), Sharon (Roger Warner) and the late Carol Bonnar. Sister-in-law of Eileen Stewart. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews.
At age 73, Marilyn graduated from the University of Waterloo with a BA in History. She was a life-long member of London Gospel Temple. Family was most important to her and she will be dearly missed as a mother, grandmother and friend.
Visitation on Friday from 5-7 pm at Harris Funeral Home, 220 St. James St. at Richmond. The funeral service will be conducted at London Gospel Temple, 288 Commissioners Road West, on Saturday, December 14 at 10 am. Interment Woodland Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the London Gospel Temple would be appreciated.
