After a courageous battle, on Saturday, April 20, 2024. Beloved wife and best friend of Avner for fifty-five years. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Stefanie Cobrin-Pagovich and Ori Pagovich, Joel and Jodie Cobrin, Tamara Cobrin and Robert Fargnoli. Cherished Bubby of Benjamin, Michael, and Sylvie; David, Jared, and Max; and ‘Babba’ of Taylor, and Emma. Loving sister and sister-in-law of Judi and Stephen Silverstein and the late Joel Birenbaum; and sister-in-law of Herb and Gloria Cobrin. Marilyn will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, April 22 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at the Independent Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at her home Monday following burial until 4:00 p.m. Due to the advent of Passover, shiva ends Monday afternoon.
