It is with great sorrow that our family announces the sudden passing of our Dear Mom, Nanny, Sister, Aunty, and friend on Saturday, February 11, 2023, at the age of 60.
Linda is survived by her children John (Merilee) and Chantal; siblings Albert (Rhoda), Alberta (Don), Daphne (Billy), Ralph (Melody), and her youngest sister Bev; grandchildren, Ilana, Mersaides, Alexandera, Lee Jr, Kendal, Miss Ava, Zach, and Adrianna as well as several cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Linda is predeceased by her parents; Ruth and Pete Packulak; and siblings Blair (Margret), Douglas (Donna), Dorothy-Lynn, Erna (Albert), and Rose (Brian).
Linda’s greatest pride were her children and grandchildren. She was a devoted, loving, and caring Mom, Sister, and Nanny. Linda loved all of her family, her simple pleasure in life were visiting, talking, on the phone, laughing and sharing stories with family and friends. Linda worked as a bartender waitress and cook. Her favorite job was working for Intertribal CFS. She had a deep passion for helping children and families live healthy lives.
Linda always said she had 2 kids of her own, but she had countless adopted children. She helped and touched countless lives and will be greatly missed by all.
Celebration of Linda’s Life will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 17, 2023, at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Interment at Brookside Cemetery.
