Memorial Donation
Following a lengthy and courageous battle with Cancer, the family of the late Linda Lane announce her passing on August 11, 2023 at Carbonear, General Hospital, at the age of 57.
She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Gary of 42 years her daughter, Nikki (Frank) granddaughter, her little angel, Jorja.
Leaving to mourn her Mother Eileen, siblings, Annette (Gar) Betty Ann, (Colin) Cindy, (Sam) Cory (Juanita) Bill, (Lori) Dianne (Ed) and a number of family and friends.
Pre-deceased by father, Richard, grandmother, Anna, in-laws, Jim and Ellen and uncle George.
The family would like to thank the staff of Carbonear General Hospital for their care and compassion while taking care of our wife, mother grandmother, who was loved dearly.
A special thank you to Jenny Edmunds for always being by the families side.
Cremation has taken place. As per Linda’s wishes, there will be no visitations.
God Saw you Getting Tired
God saw you getting tired,
When a cure was not to be.
So He wrapped his arms around you,
and whispered, “Come to me”.
You didn’t deserve what you went through,
So He gave you rest.
God’s garden must be beautiful,
He only takes the best.
And when I saw you sleeping,
So peaceful and free from pain
I could not wish you back
To suffer that again.
