Mr. Leonard Anthony Lye of Bay Roberts passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, January 2, 2023. Mr. Lye was 70 years old.
He leaves to mourn his loving family:
Wife: Moira
Children: Carolyn (Scott), Peter (Julie) & Billy (Renee)
Grandchildren: Annalese, Nate, Jack, Laura & Will
Brothers: Gus (Karen), Eugene (Joan) & Greg (Terri)
And a circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and many special friends
Predeceased by:
Parents: Patrick & Myrtle
Infant Son: Brian
Brother: Billy
Sisters: Lillian, Juanita & Madonna
The family will be receiving relatives and friends at Slade’s Funeral Home, 488 Conception Bay Highway, Spaniard’s Bay on Friday: 7-9 P.M. and Saturday: 10:30 A.M.-12 Noon & 2-5 P.M. In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations may be made in his loving memory to the School Breakfast Program.
The Prayer Service will be held on Saturday, January7, 2023 at 2:15 P.M. from Slade’s Funeral Home, 488 Conception Bay Highway, Spaniard’s Bay.
