Kimberly Grace d’Entremont, affectionately known as
Kimm, age 44 of West Pubnico, died March 4, 2023 in Yarmouth Regional
Hospital after a short but courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Yarmouth Regional Hospital, she was a daughter of Grace Helen
(Smith) Adams, Barrington Passage and the late William Angus
Adams. She is survived by her loving husband Tony, sons;
Jared and Chase (Sarah) both of West Pubnico, a step-son Derek
(Annie), Clare, step-daughter; Allison (Dave), Moncton, mother and
father-in-law; Joyce and Clifford d’Entremont, Lower West
Pubnico, sister-in-law; Kim (Ian) White, West Pubnico, brother-in-law;
Malcolm (Robin), Quinan, and her chosen «brother»;
brother-in-law Elroy. She is also survived by nieces and
nephews. She was predeceased by her loving sister
Jill.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 7, 2023 from
6:30-8:30pm in the West Pubnico Funeral Home, Middle West
Pubnico. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, March 8,
2023 at 1:30pm also in the West Pubnico Funeral Home with Fr. Cyrille
Assihou officiating. The service will be live streamed on
the West Pubnico Funeral Home and Cremation Service Facebook site
beginning at 1:30. Interment will be in the Laurel Hill
Cemetery, Pubnico. Donations in memory may be made to the
Gilles Boudreau and Friends Cancer Help Fund or to the charity of
choice. On line condolences may be forwarded to

Kimm loved the simple things in life. Monday nights meant
bingo at the kitchen table, with all her special dobbers at hand.
She’d fill her Sundays with racing, both at the local track and on the
couch watching from home. Coining her own phrases like «boop
smokey» because she wanted a term for those wrecks where everyone
keeps racing. Every so often you could find her at the legion singing
karaoke when she was feeling it that night. But without fail she never
missed the opportunity to sing a closing song with ‘the fam’ to send
off the night. She loved toast and tea on the couch, watching
game shows in her jammies, most often ‘the Price is right’ and ‘Lets
make a deal’. In the evening it was Jeopardy, and Wheel of Fortune,
knowing answers when even the contestants fell silent. She loved to
bake, most famous for her cookies and Jello poke cake. But equally
famous for her love of cheesecake. She was a loving wife,
mother, daughter and friend who will always be in our
hearts.
