Obituary
Burke, Kenneth Joseph Havelock – 81, Wentworth, passed away June 4th, 2024. Born in River Hebert, he was a son of the late Arthur and Primillia (Bourque) Burke. He is survived by his wife, Linda; sons, Michael (Sherry) and Jeff; daughters, Debbie Coade and Misty Burke, all of Truro; grandchildren, Mick, Jeremy (Angela), Christopher, Jacob (Sarah), Jennifer, Matthew, Abigail and Mason; great-grandchildren, JJ, Sephira, Gracie, Hunter, Hudson and Cooper; sisters, Josephine McEachern, Mary (Avard) Christie and Theresa Boss, all of Amherst. He was predeceased by his grandson, Jessie; brother, Stanley; sisters, Kate, Dena, Alice and Annie. Arrangements are in the care of MacDiarmid’s Funeral Homes & Crematorium. Celebration of life will be held from 1-3 pm Monday, June 10 in Wentworth Recreation Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hope for Wildlife.
