Justin Dunlop passed away, unexpectedly, on Friday, August 23, 2024 at the age of 51 years. Many words can describe Justin; he was a caring, loving, thoughtful, sentimental, and logical man, always putting others first before himself and doing so with a joke and a smile. His sense of humour was strong and well known, often leaning to the dark side or coming straight from the dad-joke handbook. If he wasn’t telling jokes, he’d be telling stories with the same humour or a certain level of candor only he could achieve. He was very knowledgeable, always willing to share what he knew and seeking to learn more whenever he could. His advice and guidance allowed him to be the perfect voice of reason for anyone in need, as his nature was to help people, even if he tried to deny it. While making time for things was often difficult with his busy schedule, he always managed to find time to do the things he loved. Justin loved cooking, reading, gaming, and spending time with his family. He was a dedicated husband and a proud father, placing his family at the centre of his world. Justin will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Melissa, his daughter, Paige, his mother, Mary, his siblings, nieces, nephews, and grand-dog, Tiny. A Celebration of Justin’s Life will be held for friends and family in the coming days. If desired, Memorial Donations in Justin’s honor may be made to a Local Charity of the Donor’s Choice.
